South West housing association names nine firms to £3.2-4m legal services framework

Plymouth Community Homes has appointed nine law firms to a four-year, six-lot legal services framework.
The successful firms were:
- Ashfords
- Bevan Brittan
- Clarke Willmott
- Devonshires
- Foot Anstey
- Penningtons Manches Cooper
- Tozers
- Trowers & Hamlins
- Womble Bond Dickinson
The contract began on 7 August 2023 and runs until 6 August 2027.
The contract is worth an estimated £3.2m to £4m. This compares to the previous framework which was estimated in 2018 to be worth £2.2m over four years. PCH appointed six law firms to that contract.
The housing association manages 16,000 properties providing homes for affordable and social rent for more than 35,000 people, as well commercial properties including 170 shops.
