Major social landlord names five firms for latest legal services framework

The Riverside Group, which has more than 75,000 homes in management and operates across around 175 local authorities, has chosen five law firms for its next framework for legal services in England.
The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- Corporate, Finance and Treasury (including Commercial and Employment Services)
- Housing Management
- Property and Development
The successful firms were:
- Brabners (lot 2)
- Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
- Penningtons Manches Cooper (3)
- Trowers & Hamlins (1, 3)
- Ward Hadaway (3)
The framework will be available to the Riverside Group and its subsidiaries including all former One Housing entities.
The framework agreement is for an initial term of two years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months up to a maximum of four years.
The contract is to cover requirements for England but excludes Scotland.

£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Legal Director - Government and Public Sector
Competitive salary.
Governance Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Education Lawyer
£45,091 - £51,356 per annum
Lawyer (Planning and Regulatory)
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
