TfL to procure new legal services framework worth £86m+

Transport for London (TfL) is to procure a new legal services framework, worth an estimated £86.25m over six years.
TfL plans to divide the framework into the following lots:
- Employment law (worth an estimated £6m).
- Major commercial matters (£22.5m).
- Rail industry specialists (£6m).
- Routine commercial and real estate matters - contentious and non-contentious (£22.5m).
- Housing (£3m).
- Complex property and commercial development matters (£14.25m).
- Highways and major consents matters (£10.5m).
- Town and country planning matters (£1.5m).
The framework will be in place for four years with an option to extend for two further years at the sole discretion of TfL.
The procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with regulations 74 to 77 PCR using a negotiated procedure.
