North West housing group to procure £1.5m solicitors framework

The framework will be divided into the following lots:

1. Development & Sales;
2. Customer Services;
3. Leasehold Management;
4. Treasury;
5. Human Resources;
6. Business Assurance (Health & Safety; Governance and Data Protection);
7. Procurement; and
8. Divestment

The framework is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2023.

Great Places Housing Group manages 24,000 homes across the North West and Yorkshire.

Rick Clark, Great Places' head of procurement, said: “In a heavily regulated environment the need to ensure legal compliance and value for money is crucial. Specifically designed with the housing sector in mind the aim of this framework is to provide much-needed cost effective support across the whole range of legal services.”
