Social work regulator names law firm to £920k+ contract as it investigates legacy cases

Social Work England has appointed law firm Capsticks to a ten-month contract worth nearly £1m for the provision of legal services with regards to the investigation of the regulator’s legacy cases.

The contract, which is estimated to be worth £928,652.50, is to run from 22 November 2021 until 30 September 2022.

The appointment was made using the negotiated procedure without prior publication.
