Platform Housing Group, which manages 45,000 homes and serves over 120,000 customers, has published a contract notice for a four-year framework agreement to procure legal services relating to property, housing, contracts and employment law.

The contract will be made up of four lots:

More than half of the contract's value is in the first lot (Property), which is estimated to be worth £12.4m. Housing and Asset Management is valued at £2.5m, Corporate and Finance at £5.5m and Employment at £2m.

The award criteria for the lots are "Quality/Services" (weighting: 80%) and "price" (weighting: 20%).

Once awarded, the contract will last for 48 months. An option for renewal will not be included.
