North Yorkshire housing association to set up next legal services panel
- Details
A North Yorkshire housing association is to procure its latest panel of legal services providers to supplement its in-house service.
Broadacres Housing Association has divided the panel into five lots:
- Routine Property Transactions.
- Development.
- Corporate and Finance.
- Housing Management.
- Employment.
Broadacres said appointments would be made to specific lots and it was intended that more than one service provider would be appointed in respect of each lot.
The contract, which is worth up to £500,000, is expected to start on 21 December 2020 and run until 20 December 2023.
In November 2017 Broadacres appointed three law firms to its legal services panel:
- Ward Hadaway
- Whiteheads (which was subsequently acquired by Capsticks)
- Bevan Brittan
A not for profit housing association based in the market town of Northallerton in North Yorkshire, Broadacres owns and manages more than 6,000 homes. It has stock in Hambleton, Darlington, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, the East Riding of Yorkshire, York and Leeds.
