A housing association with more than 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £10m.

Your Housing Group said the framework would run from 2021 to 2025.

It has been divided into the following lots:

Development and specialist property transactions.
Sales and routine property transactions.
Corporate and finance.
Employment and HR.
Housing management including out of hours service.

Your Housing Group said expenditure across the panel would vary according to business activity. It added that as a guide expenditure across all lots was approximately £2.5m in 2019-2020.
