Scottish social landlord to set up £840k legal services panel
- Details
A Scottish housing association is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £840,000 over four years.
Langstane Housing Association, which is based in Aberdeen, said the panel would “cover general legal work, contractual, procurement, construction, acquisitions and conveyancing (including shared ownership), court work, governance, regulation, financial management and charity matters and employment matters”.
It expects to appoint around five “suitably qualified and experienced” legal services providers to carry out legal works as and when required.
The framework will be in place for 36 months with a 12-month optional extension.
Founded in 1977, Langstane Housing Association manages more than 2,880 properties throughout Aberdeen city, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
