Housing Associations' Legal Alliance names 21 firms to latest legal services framework

HALA has seen its membership grow from four organisations in 2010 to 51 today. Its members collectively manage some 500,000 units across England and Wales.

The latest framework, which was again managed by specialist legal consultancy Kennedy Cater, has been divided into the following lots:

• Lot 1: Corporate, Governance & Finance
• Lot 2: Housing & Asset Management
• Lot 3: Development
• Lot 4: Commercial Property
• Lot 5: Residential Property
• Lot 6: Employment
• Lot 7: Construction Litigation

The framework agreement is expected to run from 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2029, with a possible extension to 18 October 2030.
