NHS procurement group names 13 law firms to £200m legal services framework
The North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative has appointed 13 firms to a legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £200m.
The successful firms were:

- Blake Morgan Group
- Bevan Brittan
- Weightmans
- Browne Jacobson
- Capsticks Solicitors
- Hempsons
- DAC Beachcroft
- Sintons
- Kennedys Law
- Mills and Reeve
- Eversheds Sutherland
The agreement covers a wide range of legal services, including NHS Governance & Public Law, Primary Care Services, Healthcare Law, Mental Health Law, Employment Law, Contract and Commercial Law, Property Law and Corporate Finance & PFI/PFI2/PPP Projects inc. LIFT schemes.
The framework agreement does not cover provision of legal services where specifically related to clinical negligence matters, which fall under the scope of NHS Resolution.
The framework agreement will be available for use by NHS and other public sector organisations across UK, Northern Ireland and the Crown Dependencies.
