Cell Site & Mobile Data: Navigating Digital Evidence in Family Law - 42BR

42BR’s Family Team is pleased to share the first 7 sessions of our 2026 family law webinar series. These upcoming events will explore a variety of family law topics, including financial remedies, private and public law.

Amanda Jepson and Sharan Bhachu will be joined by Sarah Felton (Senior Forensics Investigator) and Andrew Frowen (Chief Technical Officer) from CYFOR, for an insightful discussion on Cell Site and Mobile Data and its growing role in family law proceedings.

This session will explore how such evidence is gathered, interpreted, and effectively used in practice, and we will also touch on other areas which might be of use in practice such as facial recognition and voice recognition technology.
