Possessions and Anti-Social Behaviour
When? - Monday 10th February 2025, 4.30pm - 5.30pm
This is the second in our series of possession webinars, and will focus on possession which is caused by allegations of anti-social behaviour. This is suitable for those advising landlords (particularly social housing providers and local authorities) and those advising tenants, and will consider the law, procedure, and the evidential requirements in such cases.
In this webinar, Joseph Meethan will focus on possession proceedings which arise because of allegations of anti-social behaviour. Joseph will consider the law, procedure, and the evidential requirements in such cases. He will explain the law, and will also discuss tactics and how to avoid common problems in these types of proceedings. You should leave the webinar confident about how to pursue these types of proceedings to a successful conclusion.
Joseph is a barrister at 5 Pump Court Chambers specialising in property litigation. He has a lot of experience in housing cases, particularly in acting for housing assosciations, and frequently acts in cases where there are allegations of anti-social behaviour. |
