The final report of the Public Law Working Group published on 01.03.21 focused on Supervision Orders as standalone orders to assist the return of children home or to family members.
During this webinar, Jo Porter, considers the findings of the report together with the current guidance on the use of Supervision Orders, including statistics around their use and outcomes for children. Jo Porter Jo was called to the Bar in 2010 after having a successful career as a solicitor dealing with public law children matters, working in-house for a local authority and then in private practice. Since transferring to the Bar, Jo has a busy practice representing local authorities, parents, children and family members public law proceedings and adoption matters.
