HCA hands law firm £192k contract for Telford land transfers advice

The Homes and Communities Agency has awarded Pinsent Masons a £192,000 contract to facilitate the transfer of all its residual and liability land within the Borough of Telford and Wrekin to Telford & Wrekin Council.
The transfers will take place in a phased approach over three years, the HCA said.
The contract started on 1 September and will run until 31 March 2020.
