LGSS Law formally launches Huntingdon headquarters

LGSS Law formally launched its new headquarters in Huntingdon this month, with the Chairman of Cambridgeshire County Council, Cllr Sebastian Kindersley, and the local MP, Jonathan Djanogly in attendance.

The office is on the top floor of Scott House in George Street, a modern office building adjoining the courts and tribunal centre in the town.

A social enterprise law firm owned by Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Central Bedfordshire councils, LGSS Law employs almost 150 people deployed in specialist teams in Scott House and across its three other branch offices in Cambridge, Northampton and Shefford in Bedfordshire.

Quentin Baker, Director of LGSS Law, said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of our fourth office which will enable us to provide even better services to our clients across the East of England and East Midlands. The new office is centrally located in Huntingdon with excellent transport links making it very accessible to clients and within convenient distance for our lawyers to visit clients. In addition, the offices are equipped with the latest technology enabling us to hold virtual meetings to save travel time and expense.

"The purpose built office accommodation is situated next to the Courts and Tribunal centre which is convenient for matters being heard locally. There is also space for further expansion in response to increasing demand.”
