Central and local government was one of the firm's three fastest-growing markets, with revenue increasing by 25%. Energy & Resource Management and Housing were the other top-performing markets for the year, with increases of 44% and 41%, respectively.

The firm highlighted work it carried out for the City of London on a £437m lease and works arrangement to redevelop Smithfield Market into the new home of the London Museum.

It also noted its involvement in advising Cardiff Council on a deal to build a new £300m arena.

During the year, Bevan Brittan welcomed 33 senior lateral hires, including seven partners. The firm also promoted 33 colleagues across the business, including six new Partners, seven Legal Directors, 10 Senior Associates and 10 Associates. Women now comprise 54% of the partnership.
