College names four firms to legal services framework

Derby College has appointed four law firms to a framework agreement to provide legal services.

The services will broadly cover three main categories:

• Property matters;
• HR and employment law;
• General legal advice.

The successful firms were:

1. Eversheds Sutherland LLP
2. Flint Bishop Solicitors
3. Freeths
4. Geldards

The contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of: relationship and contract management (weighting 60); CPD and knowledge (10); security of information (5); and price (25).
