Bond Dickinson advises Plymouth Communities Homes on phase 3 of North Prospect redevelopment

Bond Dickinson has advised Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) in phase three of its regeneration of North Prospect.

PCH has agreed a deal that will see Kier Living build 159 new homes that will be available to buy, rent or for shared ownership.

This third phase of North Prospect is due for completion in March 2018. When complete, the North Prospect development will see at least 800 homes demolished but up to 1,200 new homes being built and 300 homes refurbished to meet a higher standard.

The Bond Dickinson team was led by Paul Bramall, a lawyer in the Property team and included support from Ian Dunn (property), Susanne Hose (construction), Hetty Kalantar (planning) and Deborah Ramshaw (procurement).

Bramall said: "We're delighted to have supported Plymouth Community Homes with this phase of the regeneration.

"This has been a complex transaction that was completed in a short timescale and one which involved a number of lawyers across a number of teams and offices to provide procurement, construction, planning and property advice".

Nicholas Jackson, PCH's Director of Business Services & Development, said: "The team at Bond Dickinson were responsive and pro-active throughout. They played an integral part to our wider team to ensure everything was completed on time.”
