Borough council to procure £400k legal services framework

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is to procure a legal services framework to act as an extension to its in-house legal team.
The framework, which is estimated to be worth £400,000, has been divided into four lots:
- Planning
- Commercial and Contracts
- Property
- Housing.
The contract is due to start on 1 June 2025 and run until 31 May 2027. There are 2 x 12 month renewals.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 26 March 2025 (12:00 pm).
