Edinburgh Council issues prior information notice on re-tender of legal services framework

The framework, which will be made available to other named Scottish local authorities, is to be divided into the following lots:

1. Commercial
2. Property and Planning
3. Litigation
4. Employment
5. Major Projects and Investigations
6. Debt Recovery
7. Residential Property

The estimated date of publication of contract notice is 17 April 2023.

It is expected that the new framework will be for a period of two years with the option (at the council’s discretion) to extend for a further two periods of one year each.
