Worcestershire Children First is looking to commission a single provider to provide legal expertise and representation in Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) tribunal cases.
The organisation, which is responsible for the delivery of services to children and young people across Worcestershire, is a not-for-profit company and 100% owned by Worcestershire County Council.
The estimated value of the 48-month contract is £340,000.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70) and price (weighting: 30).
