Council awards £315k case management contract

Details

Durham County Council has awarded a contract to Civica UK for legal services case management, time recording and court bundling system.

The local authority required that the system “be a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system requiring little to no development to meet the Council's stated requirements…..”

The contract is worth an estimated £315,962.50 excluding VAT.

Durham had previously said the contract is for an initial period of 60 months with further optional extensions of 1 x 36 months and 1 x 24 months.
