City council names three firms to £300k claims handling legal services framework

Details

Sunderland City Council has appointed three law firms to a claims handling legal services framework worth an estimated £300,000.

The successful firms were:

  • Forbes
  • Kennedys Law
  • Weightmans

The award criteria were quality (weighting: 57.5%), quality pass/fail (weighting: 0), social value - accept/reject (weighting: 0), price (weighting: 37.5%) and social value monetary value (weighting: 5%).
