Consortium of Scottish economic development agencies names four firms to £8.7m legal services framework

A consortium of three Scottish economic development agencies has named four law firms to a legal services framework worth £8.7m.

The group is made up of Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise Agency. The agencies' roles are to boost investment, community development and economic growth in their respective regions.

Eleven tenders were received, and four were successful. The successful firms were:

  • Brodies
  • Burness Paull LLP
  • CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP
  • Addleshaw Goddard LLP

The framework commenced in December 2020 and will have a duration of four years.

The contract is not divided into lots and each supplier appointed will be eligible to perform or bid for individual contracts awarded under the framework.
