DAC Beachcroft appointed to advise Network Rail on public and employer’s liability claims

The appointment, which followed a competitive tender process, is on a sole supplier basis, for three years with effect from 1 September 2020.

DAC Beachcroft partner, John Goodman, who heads the firm’s public sector liability team and led the tender, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be appointed as sole supplier for Network Rail, to handle all its liability claims.
