Newly-merged education group to establish legal services panel

Details

An education group established this year by the merger of two colleges in the East Midlands is to set up a legal services framework.

SMB Group – which was formed by the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College – said it wanted the framework to “give all areas of the business easy access to a comprehensive range of legal services in the areas of Property, Human Resources, Education, and Corporate Services”.

The contract is to start on 12 October 2020 and end on 31 August 2023.
