The contract was divided into the following lots:

Commercial and corporate law.
Governance, constitutional, charity and health and safety law.
Employment law.
Dispute resolution and litigation.
Estates and property law.
Patent attorney.

The successful firms were:

The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 60) and pricing aspects (weighting: 40).
