County exploring options for delivery of process server services, seeks expressions of interest

Suffolk County Council has revealed that it is exploring options for the delivery of process service services and other related services, predominantly in relation to the statutory childcare duties carried out by its legal department, Suffolk Legal.
In a prior information notice the local authority said: “The services required include the collection and service of legal papers and court documents throughout Suffolk and occasionally beyond.”
The county council said it was seeking expressions of interest from potential providers.
