Welsh housing association to procure £828k legal services contract

Hafod works across eight local authorities:

1. Bridgend
2. Caerphilly
3. Cardiff
4. Vale of Glamorgan
5. Rhondda Cynan Taff
6. Merthyr Tydfil
7. Torfaen
8. Newport

The contract term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 + 2 years.

The estimated contract dates are 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with possible extension to 30 September 2033.

The tender submission deadline is 18 August 2026, 12:00pm.

The award criteria are quality (weighting: 60%) and price (weighting: 40%).
