Midlands housing association groups name law firms to panels

Two housing association groups in the Midlands have named the successful firms for their recent legal services procurements.

The East Midlands Housing Group received 15 offers to provide legal services for housing related and property development matters.

Berrymans Lace Mawer and Forbes Solicitors were chosen for routine legal services, and Quality Solicitors Wilson Browne, Browne Jacobson and Cobbetts were selected for development legal services. The value of the framework was not supplied.

The East Midlands Housing Group comprises East Midlands Housing Association, Foundation Housing Association, Three Oaks Homes, Three Valleys Housing, Midlands Rural Housing, and Hello Homes.

The Heart of England Housing Association has meanwhile chosen Bevan Brittan for a contract worth £494,000. The association received five offers for the work, which involves the provision of legal services covering all aspects of housing management related issues.
