Philip Kolvin QC wins standing counsel role with Gambling Commission

The Gambling Commission has appointed Philip Kolvin QC of Cornerstone Barristers as its standing counsel.
The appointment was part of a tender of the organisation’s legal work for the next three eyars.
Kolvin, who already acts for the Commission and is a regular contributor to Local Government Lawyer, said: “The Commission performs a crucial role in the regulation of what is a vigorous, innovative industry. I am very glad to continue my association in this way.”
