Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act
The Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 will introduce a statutory duty on certain public bodies to consider socially responsible public procurement when carrying out procurement, to set objectives in relation to well-being goals, and to publish a procurement strategy.
We are joined by Carl Thomas and Sue Hurrell from Welsh Government to explore exactly what that means for public bodies and how to comply with the requirements.
This event is part of Blake Morgan’s Procurement Series, where experts will examine what you need to know about the changing world of procurement.
