Spotlight on relationships at work (World Mental Health Day) - LawCare

As part of World Mental Health Day, Lawsight Ltd will be offering a free, online, practical webinar which puts the spotlight on relationships at work and how they might be impacting our mental health.

Lawsight (www.lawsight.co.uk) are a team of psychotherapists with a background in the legal profession. In this webinar they will be drawing on research as well as (neuro)scientific and psychological theories to explore the root causes of the often-complex dynamics of workplace relationships, along with an understanding of how they may present themselves in our interactions and how we can best navigate them.

The webinar will cover:

  • How our earliest relationships inform all future relationships including our working interactions and our ability to manage stress.
  • How our brains, nervous system and emotional regulation skills all develop through the relationships we experience early in life.
  • Relationship/Attachment styles and why they are relevant to our working lives.
  • Some key pointers to help you work through relationship challenges experienced at work.
