Procurement body to set up £89.5m national framework for academy services including legal services

Public sector procurement organisation Pagabo has given notice of its intention to create a National Framework for Academy Services, including legal services, worth an estimated £89.5m over four years.

The contracting authority for the proposed framework is Red Kite Learning Trust.

The lot structure will consist of nine lots:

  1. Legal services
  2. Internal Audit Services
  3. External Audit Services
  4. Valuation Services
  5. Data Protection Officer (DPO) Services
  6. Health and Safety Services
  7. HR Services
  8. Payroll Services
  9. HR and Payroll SaaS solutions

Pagabo said it is proposed that the term of the framework agreement will be for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for two further periods of up to 1 year each, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance, giving a maximum total of 4 years.
