In this one hour session, Hereward Phillpot QC, Sarah Sackman and Caroline Daly will address the strategies and tactics that can be utilised to make effective objections to Local Plans. The seminar will include an overview of the practicalities involved in participating in the Local Plan process and will draw on the recent experiences of the speakers, including with the London Plan and the Eastleigh Local Plan. 

This session will be of interest to any party objecting to a Local Plan be they a developer, a community group, a campaigning group or a neighbouring local planning authority.  

There will be a short Q&A session after the presentations.
