Public law family specialist joins Pump Court

Public law family specialist Catherine Ellis has joined Pump Court Chambers.

The set said that Ellis, who was called to the Bar in 2003, “has a wealth of experience in public law family matters, acting for parents, guardians and local authorities alike and has appeared in complex care matters such as those involving international elements and fabricated illness”.

In 2012 she spent a year as an in-house advocate for a London borough, undertaking work in child protection, education and judicial reviews.
