Carol Ramsden Carol Ramsden has specialised in public rights of way law for over 30 years and joined Birketts in 2005 as Rights of Way Executive. She is now a Senior Associate, helping clients with the wide variety of problems created by the complex and archaic nature of much public rights of way legislation. |

Deborah Sharples Deborah joined Birketts in August 2019. She is a Partner in their Planning and Environmental Team and deals with the law concerning the environment, planning, public rights of way and public access to land. |
