Ciaran Wells Ciaran is a local government commercial and procurement lawyer who joins the team having worked as a senior solicitor at one of the largest local authorities in the country. He has previously been a Cabinet member and elected member on two local authorities and has over 10 years' experience working in the local government sector. He has been a board member of public private partnerships and is the chair of the board of trustees for a leisure services charity, a role which he has held for 10 years. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor he worked for a Member of Parliament. |
