Combined authority selects law firm to advise on bus franchising

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has appointed law firm DLA Piper to a £1m contract to advise its Bus Reform team.
The firm will advise the team on the franchising of Liverpool City Region bus services in the event of a decision to franchise being taken.
The contract started on 18 September 2024 and runs until 18 September 2028.
