South Yorkshire public bodies to appoint single provider to £500k legal services contract

The South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority are to appoint a single legal advisor to a contract worth £500,000 over four years.
The two bodies said the provider would “advise on a number of known major projects and also be available to advise on emerging commercial matters on an ad-hoc basis”.
The contract is expected to run from 1 July 2022 until 30 June 2026.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 pm on 13 May 2022.
