Landmark Chambers boosts property practice with the appointment of three juniors

Landmark Chambers has strengthened its property practice with the hire of three juniors who specialise in residential property disputes including service charges and the right to manage.

The set’s new members are:

  • Justin Bates (called to the Bar in 2003);
  • Simon Allison (called to the Bar in 2005); and
  • Brooke Lyne (called to the Bar in (2016).

David Holland QC, Head of Landmark’s Property Team, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have recruited Justin, Simon and Brooke to our team. Their collective expertise and stellar reputation, particularly in the area of residential property disputes, will be a real asset to Chambers’ property practice and to Landmark generally, and we are looking forward to working with them.”

Landmark had previously bolstered its property team with the appointment of litigation silk Zia Bhaloo QC and Rupert Cohen.
