NHS Trust launches £1.4m legal services procurement
An NHS trust is to set up a framework agreement for legal services worth £1.4m over three years.
The North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Trust has divided the work into three lots:
- Employment
- Commercial (including PFI, property, general commercial – goods and services, and procurement law)
- NHS governance, healthcare law and public law.
The Trust envisages a maximum number of four participants to the framework agreement.
It also envisages inviting between three and eight participants to tender.
