Details

Employment and social housing specialist Amritpal Bachu has joined barristers' chambers 42BR.

Bachu practices across all aspects of social housing focusing particularly on homelessness appeals, housing condition claims, anti-social behavior injunctions and judicial review. 

In employment law, he represents employers and employees across a range of cases involving statutory rights and discrimination. 

Bachu was called to the Bar in 2010.
