Law firm Capsticks has made a record number of promotions in its 2023 promotions round, involving one Equity Partner, three Salaried Partners, seven Legal Directors, 16 Principal Associates, one Business Services Director and six across Central Business Services.

From 1 May 2023, Henry Matveieff, currently Salaried Partner in Real Estate Birmingham and Head of Capsticks’ Birmingham office, will join the Equity Partner (business owner) group.

“Henry’s promotion recognises his significant achievements in developing NHS real estate work in the Midlands. Henry will also be leading the firm’s strategy to strengthen our presence in Birmingham,” the firm said.

Promoted to Salaried Partner are:

  • Katrina Robinson MBE (Housing Management)
  • Nicola Green (Employment and Pensions)
  • Rashpal Sarkaria (Corporate and Commercial)

In Business Services, Jude Cragg, has been promoted to Director of Human Resources.

The seven Legal Directors are:

  • Vicky O’Sullivan (Real Estate)
