Mary Robertson, a public law children specialist at 42 Bedford Row Chambers, has been appointed a Circuit Judge.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Central Family Court with effect from 05 September 2022.

She will be known as Her Honour Judge Robertson.

Robertson was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2005. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, as a Deputy District Judge and as a Recorder in 2019.
