Capsticks bolsters health and justice team with four-strong team

Law firm Capsticks has bolstered its specialist health and social care national inquest team with the arrival of four lawyers from DWF.
The new recruits are:
- Naomi McMaster, partner
- Emma Shubrook, principal associate
- Lucy Williams, principal associate
- Adam Hartridge, associate
McMaster who will lead the health and justice team, has more than 15 years' experience of representing clients on Article 2 inquests and related civil claims, public inquiries and judicial reviews.
Capsticks said its national inquest team now provides advice and advocacy in more than 600 inquests per year. The team supports clients on inquests, public inquiries and judicial reviews in the health and justice setting including acting for police, prison, probation and healthcare organisations, it added.
