Tory Putnam has joined the Family and Court of Protection teams at Trinity Chambers from a leading Western Circuit set.

Putnam is a dual qualified Solicitor-Advocate and Barrister with extensive child protection experience working with local authorities, parents (including through the Official Solicitor) and Guardians.

Trinity Chambers said: “Regularly instructed in complex matters, Tory deals with multi day fact finds, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, indecent images and rape. Tory is also instructed in cases involving international jurisdiction matters, Female Genital Mutilation, wardship applications before the High Court, contested interim and final care orders, as well as contested Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) applications.”

She is also instructed in children related private law matters.
