Major social landlord issues notice on plans for legal services framework worth up to £24m

Details

A2Dominion Housing Group has given notice of its intention to tender for the provision of a legal services framework worth between £10m and £24m over a four-year term.

The framework is expected to be divided into the following lots:

  1. Corporate Governance.
  2. Housing Management.
  3. General Property.
  4. Development, Construction and Regeneration.
  5. Treasury and Finance.
  6. Employment.
  7. Procurement, Data Protection and Health and Safety.

A2Dominion owns or manages more than 38,000 homes across London and South East England. It has 7,600 homes in development.

It is part of the G15 group of the largest housing providers in London.
