Richard Clayton QC, one of the leading administrative law and local government barristers, has joined Ely Place Chambers from 7 Bedford Row.
Ely Place Chambers said: “Richard has long been recognised as an authority in the fields of Administrative Law, Human Rights & Civil Liberties and Local Government and is the author of many of the standard texts on these subjects.
“In addition to bringing this expertise to the Public and Regulatory practice group, Richard will also continue his commercial work, both as counsel and arbitrator, with a particular emphasis on developing his offshore and international work.”
